4. Close to the Eugene Airport with large rooms, extra comfortable beds with upscale bedding and choices of pillow firmness already on the bed, comfortable chair and ottoman, and a very large and nicely tiled bathroom.

5. Second, it`s in the VERY industial west side of Eugene which is not a very safe looking area to look at and when one arrives at the Inn they have signs in the parking lot that say, 'User assumes all risks' which is not a comforting welcome sign to the traveler.
