1. This is not the kind of hotel you would come to to just hang around in the hotel all day, but if you are coming to visit Detroit attractions and need to be close to downtown, it is totally fine and we felt very safe.

2. The staff was friendly and helpful, very affordable and convenient to attractions also parking lot had high gate and good lighting if rooms were updated this motel would get a higher rating, but I will say king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

3. Nice clean rooms (nonsmoking available), rates not so much of a bargain, but it is close to the renaissance center and other attractions of downtown detroit.
