3. We went to the front desk and the 'manager' was out getting her breakfast and the girl behind the desk was chatting with a group of guys that appeared to be friends/family?? There was an old woman wandering around the lobby in her Sunday best (from 1940??), makeup caked on her face, mumbling about when the bar was going to be open - this was about 10am.

5. The elevators are dirty and in bad working condition and the staff appeared lazy and ineffecient.

8. Where to start with the rest of the room?let?s see, how about the curtains? On the left the sheers appeared to be smeared with what looked like dried blood and on the right the curtain was torn.
