4. The front desk was very understanding and apologetic and though they do not run the restaraunt and have no control over how it is run, they did greatly reduce our hotel rate for the inconvience of it all and offerred to buy us breakfast elsewhere.

5. I am rating this hotel 'above average' because it has a bar and restaurant available (in comparison to the limited service hotels that don`t have them at all), because the room was nice, and because the rate was very good.
