6. The hotel is a 20 to 30 minute walk to downtown but a shuttle service on the hour upto 9pm was available on a first come first booked basis, unfortunately this was not well advertised within the hotel nor was any mention of this made on check in.

7. Hotel staff was not very well informed on their own shuttle service, got stuck downtown, called for a pick-up and were told the driver was gone for the day.
