1. The room as a whole was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless.

6. There was a sign in the bathroom stating it was a $250 cleaning charge if you are caught smoking in your room; I sure hope whoever was those two nights got charged $500 for a thorough cleaning of their room.

8. Housekeeping didn't come until around 3 pm and I always had to ask for more towels because they only left 2 for a room with 4 people and bathroom supplies were never replaced.
