1. My bed was made and fresh towels were placed in the bathroom each day however, my trash wasn't emptied in 3 days, the desk wasn't wiped my entire stay, and the same crumbs that were on the floor of the room when I arrived were still there when I departed.

2. The bed, linens and towels were clean however the air mattress bed was not very comfortable.

3. There are two shelves directly over the toilet but they hold towels, tissue, etc. There are no drinking glasses in the bathroom and no space on the sink to put them.
