1. The plus: Valet offered shuttle service to a light rail station which included return pick up at the station and a very friendly clerk assisted us with last minute Thanksgiving buffet reservations.

5. The hotel staff were all really great and friendly from the lobby staff, valet cheek in guys, etc. We booked online and requested a baby crib and this was one of the first hotel stays where they already had it in our room by the time we arrived.
