3. From the minute you check in you feel welcome, our room was very large but it was hot and then cold never just right, the only thing we did not like was how much they charge for parking $28.00 that is nuts, the rooms cost a good penny so I feel parking should be free or a small fee.

9. The bird cage near the check-in area was a nice touch, but the bird seeds (hopefully only birdseed) droppings were appeared to have only accumulated between check-in and check-out.
