4. The location is ideal- just outside the primary downtown Denver (within walking distance), which is enough to lower the rate of this marvelous hotel but have full access to the city.

7. I have stayed there twice now on business, the hotel is extremely comfortable and welcoming, the staff are awesome, and the studio 'suites' are perfect for work and relax with living and working area apart from sleep.
