1. knolwedgeable staff, excellent breakfast bar/happy hour, clean rooms and the evening milk & cookies are a nice touch.

2. Don't get me wrong -- the room was comfortable, and clearly a good bit of money has been spent to up the quality of furnishings, and my friends certainly enjoyed happy hour in the basement bar -- but I think overall it cost too much for too little.
