1. My favorite is the carpet, its thicker than most and comfortable to walk on and nice looking.

2. didn't use the fitness room but during a quick walk through it looked to be excellent with a flat screen tv on the wall and a treadmill, weight station, exercise bike, and complementary water.

3. The neighborhood isn't great-you would not want to walk around outside after dark, but the shuttle to nearby places was nice and it is easy to get around if you have a car.

4. The carpeting in the hallways is bubbling up so you have to watch where you walk and the elevator is hot, slow and sounds like it's about to come crashing down.
