1. I went to arrange a cab for a short ride and the transportation captain said they would be happy to take me in their van when I was ready and followed through with someone ready to go when I came back - great service.

10. Although the hotel is listed as 'Galleria', it should more appropriately be listed as 'Wal-Mart', as it is located immediately behind a Wal-Mart off an interstate service road.
