1. When I first returned to my room after a long day at work, not only was the room serviced as expected, but I could have sworn my own mother was just had been there.

2. When I called room service I was told that the guy who picked up the phone didn't have time to answer questions about whether they had a BLT on the menu ( Seriously, I think of this as a yes or no kind of question).
