1. When we asked the front desk to see the surveillence tape, he hesitated but admit to keeping an eye on it for any suspicious activity.

2. The only problem was that I had to activate the room key every day and sometimes twice a day, It was very unconfortable to be at the door of my room and find out that the key was not opening and had to go back to activate the key.
