2. I booked this hotel since it was close to North Park Mall (which is across the freeway) and minutes away from downtown Dallas (literally 5 minutes).

3. On the positive side, the front desk staff were nice, the hotel had been renovated fairly recently, Doubletree still gives out their famous chocolate chip cookies, and the location is convenient (right by Northpark and the freeway).
