2. )Alright, getting back to the good points: service all-around was remarkable considering the hotel's newness, with very prompt check-in (including meeting my request for a high-floor king room away from the elevators and not facing the adjacent freeway, even though I was traveling on a Priceline rate) and restaurant/bar service.

3. This is a great location, (very close to The Galleria mall) but if you're unfamiliar with the area you could get a bit turned around finding it as it's positioned along the I-635 westbound service road.

9. Tonight i requested the turn down service and was told 'sorry, housekeeping has left for the day' - even though it was 7pm and the pamphlet in the room says the service is available from 6 to 9 pm.

10. For example, i called guest service after the ice machine didnt work on my floor or the floor below me and i was on hold for 5 minutes.
