1. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very friendly and solicitous, however the front desk staff did not go beyond minimal politeness and when we asked for suggestions and directions they gave the impression of being inconvenienced by the question.

5. Overall, a great hotel, right next to Love Field, close to Lake Bachman if you want to go for a jog/run, NorthPark Mall is a few miles east, along with great restaurants and access to several highways.

6. That being said, the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, both in taking care of room-related inquiries and pointing you out to restaurants, giving you directions, etc. There is a also a gift shop in the lobby (that also sells stamps!) if you're yenning to send a postcard to a friend.

8. The location is convenient to Love Field and DFW, the rooms have been recently remodeled, providing all of the comforts of home, the quality of the restaurant and lounge made it possible for me to rarely stray out of the hotel.
