1. Every room here is a suite with comfy beds, LCD TVs, and a great view of downtown Dallas if you request the right side of the hotel.

5. The views are not impressive (essentially a flat landscape of empty lots), and the access to the free is convenient, but can be a little confusing (access roads/one way streets/etc).
