5. I had to call for my room to be cleaned at 4:30 p.m., after being out of my room all day, and again for turn down service at 9 p.m. because they, for some reason, did not do it.

6. Also, access to the Internet (for someone travelling without a laptop) I felt should have been a complimentary service, they did have several computers which were easily accessible but I felt that this should be a service of the Hotel and not something we had to pay for.
