6. Also, access to the Internet (for someone travelling without a laptop) I felt should have been a complimentary service, they did have several computers which were easily accessible but I felt that this should be a service of the Hotel and not something we had to pay for.

9. the room had a marble bathroom, very nice showerhead, lighted vanity area, bathrobes (that were changed daily), slippers, flat-screen tv, desk, turn-down service at night, fresh water bottles daily, small 'balcony' (which was really just a door that opened into the courtyard.
