5. I went to the front desk to get towels and by the time I got back (10 - 15 mins b/c there was a lengthy check in before me), the kids were ready to go back to the room because they were so cold.

9. They appear to be very understaffed and you will wait in line at the main desk to check in, check out, ask for help, etc. The room was clean though and bed was comfortable.
