2. Good things-The hotel public areas are very attractive and the front desk did a great job of managing a large influx of guests.

3. then next day in the evening you had to return to the airport to ask for your luggage ( as recommended by the front desk girl) and you get notified that the bag is at the hotel since several hours ago ( even you had been asking for it since late morning ).

4. What the front desk person did not tell us is that there are no pedestrian walkways or access into the terminal without walking in the road with the cars.
