1. Staff is always great and always seem to enjoy and take pride in their work.

2. The public spaces are worn but I watched (at 7am) the housekeeping staff vacuuming, cleaning the glass front doors of finger prints, they are conscientious in their efforts to keep the areas clean and smelling fresh.
