1. The location at Hwy 270 and 23 is great to access suburbs, nearby malls and likely downtown though we didn`t go there.

2. To be honest, downtown didn`t look very alive to us during the weekend that we were there so it`s good we didn`t consider a downtown hotel which charges you extra for parking.
