1. I called up there and the lady was rude and said it takes time, and I said well we checked out a while ago and if there was an issue im assuming you would of called so there for I want my money back so I can pay my bills.

2. Interestingly, their staffing levels have been cut so much that they no longer put the hotel bill under the door; instead, you have to wait in line the old-fashioned way to check out - how 1960ish and how inconsiderate of their guests.

4. checkout morning I found out that there were only 2 nights on the bill for my room because they had already CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD for the first night.

5. Wireless Internet - true Statement, however, the connection rate is so slow that it is difficult to pay a bill on line, let alone get video - spells cheap to me - they could have paid for more bandwidth.
