1. There is also a Nautilus that does shoulder press, bench press, incline press, etc.-Free use of laundry area (I believe it has 3 washers and 3 dryers; however at least 1 washer and 1 dryer was not working during my entire stay.

2. The location was pretty good, the decor was fine, courtyard area was cozy, free laundry, indoor pool, free dinner on certain nights , free breakfast every day, and a free shuttle from the hotel.

3. Those familiar with Staybridge know about the complementary amenities: full breakfast daily, dinner w/ wine & drinks (M-Th only), use of laundry facilities, high speed wireless internet, exercise equipment, pool & hot tub.
