1. The front desk was very reluctant in doing that, saying they had a huge group leaving that morning so it'll be more quiet, but we could ask them again at night to see if we can change rooms.

2. The staff was overly helpful to my son, even moved his room to get him closer to the front desk, helped him with transportation, food, directions, etc. While his room was not overly fancy, it was clean and very reasonably priced.
