1. The valets were prompt, the concierge more than comptent, even the young bartender who was willing to stay open when we wandered into the hotel bar while he was cleaning up.

5. Checking in was seamless, valet service was effortless (and you do NOT have to pay for every time you have it valeted), and the location was fantastic.
