1. Very clean and tidy hotel, all the facilities are well done, food is good, rooms are spacious, very clean, modern and always prepared for the next night well.

9. The room had large pieces of old food on the floor, the refrigerator did not work properly, the room's land-line phone was unreliable, and there were dirty sheets on the bed (and don't forget the room smelled badly.

10. The breakfast buffet isn't bad but for $10.95 daily there are a lot of other food options in the immediate area (Polaris is heavy retail and chain restaurant location) so we wouldn't purchase it again as part of the room package.
