1. And the bar that is attached to the hotel is soo ridiculously loud that my nieces and nephews were crying scared to death that something bad was going to happen to them.

2. When I went to plug in my phone charger to one of the outlets it started sparking and scared me really bad so I unplugged the lamp that was also plugged in there in fear it might catch fire.

5. We made the mistake of booking this without looking at any reviews before, once we realized that this was going to be bad we tried cancelling the reservation shortly after we had made it, but not to our surprise there are no refunds, not even after we explained why we wanted to cancel.
