3. Housekeeping woke us up at 8am trying to get in the door, toilet ran all night, water not even close to being warm, dingy room, cushions on love seat torn, sheets dirty, bleach stains in the hallway, carpet loose, SCAREY staff.

4. Beyond all of this the worst was to wake up seeing a couple of small bugs crawling around on my sheets.
