1. If you want comfort and caring for a reasonable cost away from home, there is simply not a better choice than to lay your suitcase down and check into the Westin Cincinnati.

2. The staff at the Front Desk was fantastic at check-in explaining the hotel features and even taking time to provide information about parking and cost effective options to me.

3. The room was very nice, I wasn't left wanting anything, just the right amount of comfortable furniture, towels, water glasses, etc. We got upgraded to a room with a view of the square, which is fine (probably costs like $20 over a room on the other side) in the winter, but in the summer, if you want quiet, you don't want the upgrade, the square can be noisy when it's not too cold.

5. Rather than be forced to wait in the lobby, the Westin team made sure a room was ready for me at no additional cost, so I could take a nap and get work done in the comfort of my room.

6. Purchased the room package which included breakfast (voucher for $25 from hotel restaurant Ingredients), which ended up costing less than separately purchasing.

7. By putting the file on a USB flash drive (if you don't have one, ask to borrow from the employees), you can use their copier which costs only $0.10 per page.

8. Interestingly enough, the total cost of my room at the Westin plus my parking fees were significantly less than the block room rate alone that was offered to me by the Netherland Plaza.

9. Oh wait, there is a pod coffee machine with Starbucks, but again the water costs $3 unless you want to use water from the sink.

10. I was able to use my iPad in the lobby and get free WIFI (it costs in the room) and Ihad a drink while there.
