1. We had trouble with the water draining in the tub after showering, we brought it to the front desk staffs attention when we checked out and they graciously waved our $10 parking fee.

4. just an FYI though, there is a parking fee because their parking garage is owned by the university, but it was only $9 for our stay.

6. Check-in was painless, and other than forgetting to include parking fees upon check-out (fees are $15 a day, which seemed a bit high for not being in the downtown area), the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
