1. Hotel was able to accommodate my request to move to the first floor with a double queen room, and was able to get room close, if not closest, to pool, which was great for the kids.

9. The disruptive kids, without supervision, left the pool shortly after I mentioned to front desk that they were horsing around too much for my mother, who was temporarily watching our kids and had already said something to the unsupervised kids.

We swam around 6-7:30 p.m. My husband and son left the hotel later for a snack and said that the pool was packed around 9:00 p.m. My husband asked were a certain fast food restaurant was in the area (it's sort of a confusing area, lots of stores restaurants) and the front desk printed out a map for him.
