5. The first is that when we arrived in the room, the pillows were all propped up in the bed along with a card to tell you the differences in firmness, etc. and we noticed that one pillowcase had a huge stain on it.

7. The comforters were covered not with a duvet but with sort of like two sheets- one on top and one on bottom, so you could see the comforter when the bed got messed up.
