1. The price can be a little high at times (for the Hilton Brand in general) but really considering the rooms and services of the Homewood Suites specifically, it's a pretty good value.

2. Recently coming from an extended stay in New York, I have learned to highly value the free-parking and quiet location of this property, which was still close to many conveniences including the airport and Walmart.
