3. The hotel is beautiful and has all the amentities one would expect in the city i.e., shuttle service, lounge, etc. We were in town for the Carolina Panthers game so we were not suprised when we could not check in early, however; we were very disappointed when we came back at 5pm, we still could not check into our room as it was still being cleaned.
