That other hotel,(nameless of course), gave such a runaround, not caring for what they had said or done by losing contact,giving wrong info, and just a poor example of what not to do to clients that belong to a group of 20,000+ , and how they ended up treating the large group that ended up there, The manager Jeff & Co.

7. Motel offered absolutely no help with repairs or transportation, charged me full price for my forced second night stay (I had to re-schedule some of business trip), plus manager refused to return my phone calls or answer my written request to discuss assistance with any part of my $1800 loss.
