1. It's located in a very nice area near many of the best restaurants in the city plus the lobby staff is very attentive and helpful.

2. Starbuck's coffee is served in the 'restaurant' and coffee is also available early in the morning in the lobby - which has plenty of comfortable seating and privacy.

4. The lobby has been remodeled to equal the newer Courtyards, the furniture in the room changed, however the layout of the room and particularly the bathroom is a throwback to earlier Courtyard styles.
