1. There is a free breakfast every morning which wad a plus for the kids and me and there was plenty of free parking.

2. The parking lot is well lit out front (having said that, caution is due - the hotel is very careful to warn you to take sensible precautions about your car and the one time I saw something shady in the parking lot, they had security address it IMMEDIATELY.

3. The location is very convenient too most all attractions and just a mile from the bus/rail station, which makes it so simple to easily get around the city without worrying about parking costs.

4. Noise kept us up all night, drug dealer approached us in parking lot, refrigerator was filthy with previous guest food, would not walk on that carpet with bare feet, absolutely filthy.

6. That is how I found out they have a security monitored system, I cut though some bushes to get my dogs to the grass and an automated voice came on warning me that the parking lot is watched by audio and video.
