1. Obviously I will not stay in this hotel again, was this a fluke of their housekeeping on this one day, how do I know, I just know I won't stay with them again and actually will be hesitant to book a Hyatt Place again.

3. We pulled back the bedding - there were hairs all over the sheets, like some hairy person had slept there and housekeeping had just made up the bed without changing the sheets.
