1. The location is convenient, a couple of blocks from across the university, and some blocks from the nice open air twenty-ninth street mall.

3. In Boulder town centre, there are a good range of restaurants and amenities, including the excellent Pearl Street Mall, BJ's Pizzas and the Walnut Brewery.
