1. I stayed on Marriott points so I cannot comment on value, And I thought Courtyards offered complimentary breakfasts - not this one.

2. The room had stains in the carpeting, the shower curtain was old, the pillows were a bit lumpy, the linens were thin, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was empty at 8a.
