1. The washers did not spin appropriately which left our laundry soaking wet and the dryers did not heat up enough to get anything dry.

2. The only negatives is that the pool is outdoors (which we found unusal for a hotel in Colorado), there is little soundproofing in the ceiling (we could hear people walking in the room above us) and the laundry facilities were not in working order.
