1. The hotel isn't within walking distance to much, townwise (I didn't have a rental car), but there is a lovely trail/bikepath right across the road that loops along a winding river.

2. There is a GREAT workout facility a 14-minute walk away (Boulder Community Center, $6) The South Boulder Creek running paths are nearly outside the door and there`s a Subways sub shop across the street.
