1. This hotel is charming in every way; The staff is very friendly and helpfull, location is good, rooms are clean, comfortabe beds, nice spa, cheap laundry facilities, reasonable rates.

9. I also believe the rate we payed for the three of us, considering the location and size of the room, was very reasonable ($138 including tax).

10. But the most important thing I do in a hotel is sleep, so if the rooms are noisy I can never rate a hotel better than everage.
