1. Pros:- Good location - about 7-10 mins outside of Boulder in a quite subdivision- No noise since it's a bit out of the city - so good for light sleepers- Large rooms - with small fridge, microwave, utensils, plates and kitchen sink- Access to communal kitchen with stove, pots/pans, toaster etc - if you want to cook your own food- Decent price considering that Boulder is an expensive town (for a city its size)- Residents are quiet and respectful.
