7. One of the main reasons we stayed was that it would be within walking distance and we wouldn't have to use a cab/bus/train, etc. Hotel room wasn't bad, it was quiet, clean.

9. we arrived around 2pm and the same woman before even checking to see if a room was ready, stated she couldn't guarantee a room and was very rude but finally gave us a room even though there were three available!the hallway was really dirty and worn down but the room was basically clean although smelled strongly of cleaner.

10. i called later that night and asked if rooms were available - they said they were fully booked and then, after i revealed who i was and said we would be expecting our refund as agreed, the guy denied the room had been booked and proceeded to hang up on me.
