7. The staff was helpful, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were recently renovated and were almost identical to those in the 4-star (and highly priced) Inn in our town.

8. Lack of adequate fitness center and the fact that one elevator was not working, which caused a morning check out traffic jam, were the ony drawbacks we experienced, and they will surely not be an issue as the hotel completes the work.
