1. They are a cross-street to the red line (best subway line in boston) , with lots of restaurants very close to it (from mcdonalds to very nice pizza and steak house places) .

2. free overnight parking on Beacon street after meters go off at 6am as long as you move by 8pm which works perfect for someone driving to work in the city2.

3. It did not bother us much, because traffic was low at night and we got up early to visit the city, but if you sensible to noise it could be a problem having a room like ours right on the street.

5. The suite was located right at the point of the triangular intersection so the view from the living room window was very nice, looking right down Beacon Street.

6. v and microwave which was great for someone on a budget to save on eating out( there is a 7 11 just down the street to pick up some good mircowave meals)The room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff where really nice.
